This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F4169197T2491 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-42. This RFQ has no business size restriction. 12 CONS, Randolph AFB, TX has a firm fixed price, sole source requirement for Retro Kits manufactured by H.Koch & Sons, P/N: 095-890120-1 and no other manufacturer is known. The requirement is as follows: Line Item 0001, Kit, Retrofit, Manual Release, HBU-12/B, 26 ea. The kits are required to modify the T-37 Ejection Seat Loop Belt from an HBU 12/A to an HBU 12/B, Two Fenders; one tounge for automatic release, one manual release low profile. FOB point is 12 Logistics GP/LGSD FB3089, Hangar 73, Randolph AFB, TX 78150. The desired delivery is 60 days or sooner after receipt of award. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and transportation necessary to deliver the above mentioned items.
