Martinez or Procurement Tech, Kelly Koeppe at (505) 761-4650 The Cibola National Forest is seeking sources for pre-fabricated shower buildings equipped with flush toilets, approximately 375 sq. ft., including a mechanical/storage room. Buildings are to be constructed of split-faced block walls and steel-frame roof (Hi-Rib II) as manufactured by Champion Metal or approved equal. The building shall have two compartments with one flush tank toilet, one shower and one sink, all meeting the Americans with Disabilities Act Architectural Guidelines (ADAAG). Design criteria: snow load, 40 psf; live roof load, 30 psf; wind load, 90 mph. Submit descriptive literature to the office listed in this synopses. Refer to Project No. R3-03-97-20. (0169)
