Milanowski Jr. (703) 607-6908 The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to negotiate with Compuware Corporation for the purchase of EcoTOOLS and EcoPMON Oracle software in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Global Command and Control System (GCCS). The unique features of these tools are: security enforced without implementing UNIX security processes; real time monitor process displayed as event occurs; scenarios require only one database connection when processing; agents are C compiled rather than less efficient shell scripts; and, Graphical User Interface (GUI) designed with a maximum of three layers from top to lowest level of detail. This software is proprietary to Compuware Corporation. Compuware Corporation will provide direct vendor professional services for consulting, implementation and education. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses from responsible sources will be considered. Interested sources may respond by furnishing clear and convincing data substantiating their ability to furnish the Government's requirement, including technical and pricing data.
