This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) DCA200-98-R-0003. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-46 and DAC 91-11. (iv) DITCO intends to issue a sole source contract to Computer Associates International, Inc., 12121 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 22090-3231 for the acquisition of continued maintenance support of the software product identified in section (v). This RFP is issued under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Other Than Full and Open Competition. SIC Code 7372, Prepackaged Computer Software applies. Size Standard $18.0M. (v) Provide a price for CLIN 0001, Renewal of continued maintenance support of CA-Examine software; CLIN 0002 one (1) traveling license for CA-Examine software, and CLIN 0003, a price and/or formula for purchase of additional MIPS as required. (vi) Description of Requirement: (a) DMCs Chambersburg, Columbus, Dayton, Denver, Huntsville, Jacksonville, Mechanicsburg, Ogden, Oklahoma City, Rock Island, Sacramento, San Antonio, San Diego, St Louis, and Warner Robins require renewal of maintenance support for CA-Examine software for a total of 5500 MIPS. (vii) Period of performance for CLINs 0001, 0002 and 0003 will be 1 Oct 97 through 30 Sep 98. Equipment is accepted by DISA-JEXBA at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. (viii) Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000, and 252.247-7022. (ix) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. 52.212-1(b)(10): Provide information on the last 6 contracts and subcontracts completed during the past 3 years and all contracts and subcontracts currently in progress.
