This is an unrestricted procurement with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. This procurement is for drink and snack vending machines and vending machines accessories that the government intends to use onboard the Naval Ships. The contractor shall provide onboard set up of the vending machines and conduct training for the naval personnel at no additional cost. Also, the contractor shall have repair technicians available at every major port area as well as periodical visits to overseas home ported ships. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance.
