This effort shall include extensive and often complex toponymic research from primary sources and secondary materials including maps, texts, and charts. The expected performance period is 48 months. Offerors must demonstrate expertise in toponymic research and cartographic application of geographic names. Of paramount importance is a demonstrated access to primary and local sources for compilation of information. Cost sharing is encouraged. Requests for this solicitation package must be in writing.
