McAdoo, Contracting Officer or Natalia Fisher-Jackson, Contract Specialist, at (405) 442-4315/3225 The work to be performed includes the following principal features: The contractor shall furnish, install, test, make operational and maintain a new Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange (EPABX) of latest electronic design for a period of one (1) base year and four (4) option periods. EPABX is required for direct support of the Fort Sill Billeting Branch. Requirements shall be satisfied by commercially available equipment which is compatible and will interface with the local Telco exchange, and the Fort Sill Telephone Exchange, Digital electronic Private Branch Exchange (DEPABX) within the next 2 years, at which time this EPABX must interface. The estimated issue date for this project is 3 Jul 1997. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall shall be in the form of a check or postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to the Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: Contract Support Division (Natalia fisher-Jackson), P.O.
