GSA may also order equipment, services, new PBX systems and/or maintenance of existing systems, including systems which meet the exclusive-use requirements of other Federal agencies, located within this geographic boundary. The Government may also utilize this contract as a source of supply for the purchase, installation, maintenance and miscellaneous services for Nortel proprietary instruments, key system equipment and ancillary devices. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Fixed priced contract is contemplated. The term of the contract will be a base period of four (4) years with three (3) one year options.
