GSA awarded this contract to Bell Atlantic (formerly C&P Telephone Co.) on January 11, 1989. For the WITS2001 follow on contract, FTS is seeking suggestions, concerns, and comments from agencies and industry in respect to the Government's direction to acquire telecommunication services for authorized users in the greater Washington, DC area.
