Ford, Jr., 208/378-5100 The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking dental care providers in the area of Moses Lake, Washington to provide dental services for students at the Columbia Basin Job Corps Center in Moses Lake, Washington. The Center provides a fully-equipped dental facility, including all supplies and equipment required for performance of the services -- the Contractor provides only labor. Services include: preventive dental health education; routine dental exam for each new student; individual diagnosis and treatment plans for each new student; all necessary dental procedures; services of a dental hygienist and dental technician; assisting in the administration of a dental assistant training program; and, providing advice and recommendations regarding student dental care to Center staff. Estimated hours required: dentist 12-16 hours per week; hygienist 4-6 hours per week; dental assistant(s) 16-40 hours per week. The Contractor must also have available, or make arrangements to have available, facilities within the local commuting area for 24 hour on-call emergency services -- approximately 5 calls per year. Offerors must be licensed to practice Dentistry in the State of Washington. Offerors are required to perform 100% of the services utilizing there own forces.
