Contractor shall furnish patient care transportation, i.e., (1) Advanced Life Support Ambulance (2) Basic Life Support Ambulance (3) Wheelchair Van Service for the befeficiaries of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care Services at campuses located in Marion and Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Bidders may bid on either location or both. Contract period is from October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998 with four (4) year pre-priced option renewals. All ambulances shall adhere to standards set forth by the Indiana Emergency Medical Services Commission, and Federal Specification KKK-A-1822C, dated January 1, 1990.
