A minimum of two tanks, inter-connected and isolated from other facilities and products handled within the tank farm is desired. Period of Performance is 01 Oct 97 through 31 Sep 2002. Must be able to receive by tanker/barge and pipeine from the Olympic Pipeline System. Must be able to ship via tanker/barge and tank truck.
