This building will be constructed behind the existing National Weather Service Forecast Office, located at 6930 Sand Lake Road. The building size is approximately 4500 square feet. The building will be a steel frame on concrete spread footings with a membrane roof and E.I.F.S. exterior wall system. A pre-engineered structure will be considered as an alternative. Work includes but is not limited to excavation, earthfill, compaction, grading, construction of new building including electrical and mechanical systems, coordination of and connection to utilities, paving, and landscaping. Completion time for this project is 190 calendar days, with no extension of time for weather conditions. .This is a total small business set-aside. SIC Code 1542 applies.
