The buildings contain sleeping/living rooms, a common area day room, and a common area laundry room. Provisions for the handicapped are not required. Asbestos abatement is required. Estimated cost range of project is from $10,000,000 to $25,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available July 25, 1997 (approx.). Network Analysis System will be required.
