Work includes, but is not limited to: Replacing the lamps and ballasts in all existing fluorescent fixtures with T8 lamps and electronic ballasts except as noted on the fixture schedule; delamping some fixtures and adding reflectors; installing new LED exit lights; installing compact fluorescent and metal halide retrofits; and installing occupancy sensors.
