Rehabilitation of two sewage lagoon cells, including removal and disposal of sewage sludge from the aeration cell, removal and disposal of existing clay/bentonite mixture and select backfill from the aeration and polishing cells, installing gas vent piping in the bottom of the aeration cell, installing new sewage lagoon liners in the aeration and polishing cells, installing a sanitary tee and two plug valve in a sewer force main, installing a vault manhole for the plug valves, replacement of slide level control gates and access doors on the level control structure, installing new gravity sewer pipe from manhole 17 to the aeration lagoon and replacement of existing underground secondary electrical wiring.
