Z -- SPRINKER AND FIRE ALARM REPLACEMENT SOL GS-03P-97-DXC-0019 DUE 081397 POC Theresa Patterson, 215/656-6142 The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials and equipment to perform sprinkler and fire alarm replacement at the Middle River Depot, Middle River, MD. The work shall include the total replacement of the existing fire alarm system with a new multiplexed fire alarm system for the entire Depot (approx. two (2) million square feet). The existing sprinkler system for the Upper AE Building will be replaced with a combination of wet and dry pipe sprinkler systems (approx. 250,000 square feet). A new wet pipe sprinkler and new diesel fire pump and controls will be installed in AG Building (approx. 6,730 square feet). Project location: Middle River Depot, 2800 Eastern Blvd., Middle River, MD 21220. The solicitation is being set aside for small business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SIC Code 1541.
