The work in general includes but not limited to demolition of the existing pump-house station with abatement of lead-based paint, repairs and tap-ins to the existing water main, construction of a new building structure, primary electrical distribution and interior electrical work, plumbing work to include installation of a new water pump and piping assembly, and mechanical work to include facility ventilation.
