The work will be performed in various locations throughout Chicago, Illinois, but is not limited to the Chicago geographical area. The Government reserves the right to add additional locations. It is the Government's intention to make award for three (3) or more identical contracts. However, the Government does reserves the right to make a single award. The contract period will be a 24 month base period with three one-year options. Award will be based on price and non-price factors which includes: experience on similar project; past performance and; operational plan. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrialization Code (SIC) is 1542 with a size standard of $17 million. The cost range is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A subcontracting plan will be required for award(s) made to large business concerns.
