Install new shingles, rolled roofing with all associated flashing, paint fascia to three-bedroom units and install tapered insulation modified bitumen roofing system with a finish slope of 3/8":12, build-up tapered insulation slope decking system, with all associated flashing, piant fascia to one-bedroom apartment units at Tuba City Headquarters.
