(Site Code DAHC76) Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision to renovate the interior of Building 3401, at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The project includes but is not limited to (a) demolition of walls, doors, piping, plumbing and bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, and interior finishes as well as the abatement of asbestos containing materials; (b) Installation of new walls, doors, frames, piping, plumbing, and bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures, interior finishes and fire alarm system. (c) Repair/replacement of all existing landscaping, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and pavement disturbed by the construction. Estimated value is between 1,000,000 and 1,500,000.
