Project also includes selective replacement of deteriorated/damaged copper gutters, copper downspouts, and 1 X 4 wood members at dormers. Contractor will be required to remove and dispose of paint containing lead. The anticipated issue date is 3 July 1997. The anticipated bid opening date is 5 August 1997.
