Rogers The work includes removing existing 40 foot wide by 46 foot high +/- metal doors; repair door structural supports and metal skin; remove and replace existing metal door rails and foundation; remove and replace existing door electrical controls; wiring and conduit; remove asbestos caulking; prepare and paint existing lead painted surfaces; provide new door drive chains; lubricate, adjust and repair as required the existing door operating hardware; reinstall doors in original location and adjust to operate properly; and incidental related work. Estimated cost Range: $100,000 to $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 16 July 1997. A limited number of plans and specifications will be available on a first-come-first-served basis until the supply is exhausted.
