Rogers The work includes the repair of an existing timber relieving platform which is integral with an existing reinforced concrete sheet pile bulkhead. The work will require removal of existing deteriorated timber decking and installation of a cast in place reinforced concrete deck. It will also include installation of a reinforced concrete waler and steel rod anchors for the existing sheet pile bulkhead and incidental related work. Repairs to utilities include steam, fresh water, salt water, sanitary sewer, storm drain, electrical, compressed air and incidental related work. Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
