The related small business size standard is $7 million. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 180 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 10 July 1997. The estimated bid opening date is 12 August 1997. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE of $35.00 for plans and specifications.
