The work also includes demolition and removal of certain existing construction (i.e. ceilings, floors, light fixtures, pipe insulation), phased moving of tenant furniture and equipment, acoustical ceilings with suspended grid, reinsulation work and related mechanical and electrical work. Contract completion is 90 days. Contract price is between $250,000 -- $500,000. Plans and specifications should be available on or about 12 July 1997 and will be distributed until the supply is exhausted. Bid Opening Date of 12 August 1997 is only an approximate date.
