Procurement will be made via a DPAS "DO" rated Government purchase order, which will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-11. The applicable SIC code is 3613. FOB destination pricing is required. Award shall be made to the offeror with the technically acceptable, lowest priced quote, with the ability to meet the required delivery dates.
