Welch, Contracting Officer, 202-366-4971 The Department of Transportation (DOT), Transportation Administrative Service Center (TASC), is requesting quotes for the upgrade of Northern Telecom software releases from BCS 36 to MSL-07 for its existing SL-100 telephone systems at the main DOT Headquarters Building and at the Federal Aviation Administration Building. This includes engineering, furnishing, and installation of the software upgrade. Award is anticipated using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation subpart 13.6. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of Northern Telecom products to fulfill this requirement.
