The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to provide sewer maintenance/rehab services including cured in place liners, opening of laterals, testing and sealing of joints, cleaning and inspection of lines and any incidental related work. Work to be accomplished by means of a Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract. The contract term is for a period of one (1) year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. This procurement is not set-aside for small business concerns. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1623 and the size standard is $6M. Large business firms will be required to submit a subcontracting plan prior to award.
