McChord AFB intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for maintenance of skimmers/oil-water separators located at McChord AFB, WA. Period of performance will be base year and four option periods. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies and equipment necessary to sample, analyze, manifest, clean, collect, remove and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous chemical industrial waste, water, oil and sludge. The requirement will be procured as a Commercial Item in accordance with FAR Part 12 utilizing Commecial Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation is unrestricted as to business size. Solicitation package will be issued on or about 30 June 1997. Proposals are due by close of business 15 July 1997. All responsive, responsible offers will be considered.
