The work includes, but not limited to the following: Provide and install five (5) 80-foot lightning masts complete with foundation as shown, provide and install an overhead catenary system complete with all hardware and guying for the masts as required, provide and install an underground copper grounding gridle system including all ground rods and rail/mast connections, provide and install all new railhead bonding jumpers as shown, provide all excavation, compaction and backfilling as required for a complete installation, all incidental and related work. The proposed contract is being issued as unrestricted, but, subject to Small Disadvantaged Business evaluation preference. The Standard Industrial Code is 1731/Electrical Work. The size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed 180 calendar days after notice of award.
