The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1711 with a standard size of $7.0M. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 and with a performance period of 120 calendar days. The work in general includes but not limited to demolition of the steam unit heaters and associated pipe including asbestos abatement. Installation of new low intensity radiant infrared gas heaters such as Roberts Gordon's Econovac in Hangar 1001 and Detroit Radiant Product's Re-Verber-Ray in B333 and B482. The heater installation includes a gas piping system for each facility; combustion exhaust system that vents to the outside of the buildings and a ducted fresh air intake system for each burner in Hangar 1001. This IFB is based upon your understanding that (1) funds are not available and (2) if funds do not become available, no obligation will be incurred by the Government because of this IFB.
