The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1761 with a standard size of $7.0M. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 with a basic performance period of 365 calendar days and two one-year option periods. The work in general includes but not limited to repair, replacement, or installation of metal roof systems on Kirtland AFB, NM facilities. The work may include demolition and removal of old roofs and their components. The project may also include installation of new roof framing, insulation, roof decks, flashing, and metal roofs, both low slope and architectural. Associated work will include installation of roof scuttles, exterior lighting fixtures, and roof top equipment curbs and extension of flue stacks, ductwork, and vents. Please note that funds are not presently available, but have been requested. This IFB is based upon your understanding that (1) funds are not available and (2) if funds do not become available, no obligation will be incurred by the Government because of this IFB.
