Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, etc necessary to repair the incinerator including but not limited to replacing the refractory, replacing the stack, installing a side ram, moving burners and repositioning the dryer exhaust. THE REPAIRS MUST BE COMPLETED AND THE INCINERATOR READY FOR USE BY NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 5, 1997. The Animal Import Center will be under quarantinge beginning October 6, 1997 with approximately 450 llamas and alpacas. The incinerator must be ready for use to incinerate the bedding and waste generated by these animals. Estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000.
