Project Description: The work includes the removal of the existing metal roof, wall panels, roll up service doors and asphalt paving without disturbing the existing office spaces within. Using lead containing paint abatement procedures, spot blast corroded steel structure of loose paint from contaminated paint. Remove corroded purlins and girts and replace with new. Provide new medal roof and wall panels, roll-up service door, new wood doors with hardware, concrete pad and painting of the existing steel rigid frame and girts. Reinstall electric lights, provide temporary equipment relocations including piping and other items found in the interior of, and adjacent to, the existing building.
