The estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract duration is approximately 300 calendar days -- This project is being issued on an "unrestricted" basis, inviting full and open competition. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711 and the average annual size standard is $7 million. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about 30 JUL 1997.
