shall provide all services, including labor, material, and equipment
necessary for the removal and disposal of a 1,000 fiberglass
underground fuel storage tank (UST), appurtenances and contents;
removing fuel oil day tanks, designated valves and piping in the
generator room and boiler room; cleaning, capping and abandoning the
fuel oil supply and return piping; excavating and disposing of
contaminated soil (if any), backfilling and compacting the tank
excavation site; furnishing and installing a new dual wall, 1,000
gallon above ground UST, above ground fuel oil supply and return
piping, fittings and appurtenances from the UST to the new day tanks;
installing a fuel monitoring system; and provide electrical service to
the monitoring panel and new day tanks. Performance must be completed
within 45 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The
estimated price range for this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.

aboutJune 25, 1997 and a response time of 15 calendar days for receipt
of RFQ's. Requests will be honored until supply is exhausted. All
