The Alaska Area Native Health Service at 4141 Ambassador Dr., Anchorage, AK 99502-5928 intends to procure a pre-engineered steel building F.O.B. Hoonah, AK. The specifications will outline the essential characteristics. The Contractor shall provide a pre-engineered steel building 40 feet wide, 72 feet long to include: Structural engineering, calculations and complete plan set; building frame, connections and hardware; insul;ated exterior wall panels; metal roof panels, trim and hardware; interior and exterior doors, door frames and hardware; interior and exterior windows, window frames and hardware; interior and exterior stairs, handrails, landings and hardware; trolley system for a 5-ton hoist; and on-site factory representative during frame erection (11/1/97-11/14/97). All material and products shall be crated for rough ocean shipment, and shall be suitable for general lifting and forklift use. The building will be erected in the Native Village of Hoonah,AK by local labor crewsunder the direction of a Government foreman.
