This announcement constitutes the only Request for Quotation. Responses to the Request for Quotation are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is DCA100-97-Q-0129. The Request for Quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-42 (or latest). The Specific Make and Model Procurement is as follows: (1) Oracle Enterprise Manager Performance Pack Software (328 each); and, (2) One (1) year SILVER support. The Enterprise Manager Performance pack will be used to monitor an existing Oracle database utilized by WWOLS-R (World-Wide On-Line System Replacement). Maintenance support services include telephone assistance as required and automatic shipment updates as released. Delivery will be made to DISA, Mr. Jeff Jones, 11440 Isaac Newton Square North, Reston, VA 20191-5006. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors must also include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items, (b)(1) through (16), and (c)(1) through (5) also apply to this acquisition and must be included in the offer.
