The proposed requirement is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. So that the Contracting Officer can decide whether or not to solicit competitive offers, firms interested should provide their ability to fulfill this requirement within 15 days from the date of this notice. Please provide literature, copy of your brochures and/or technical descriptions adequate for review so that a determination as to acceptability, this data will be used to determine the feasibility of using your publication. This synopsis does not constitute a request for proposal (RFP) and the Government will not pay for the material submitted. Your response must be submitted within 15 calendar days from date of this publication. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of the information submitted. This is atotal small business side-aside. A determination by the Government not to obtain competition for this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
