Provide all plant, labor, materials, appliances, equipment, and supervision to demolish nineteen (19) masonry, steel and wooden buildings. The demolition includes, but is not limited to, demolition of buildings, concrete walks, concrete slabs and pavements, asphalt pavements, fence removal, and disposal in an approved Class II disposal area. All work to be done in strict accordance with the plans and specifications fo Project VGLZ972096, "Facility Demolition, Phase II A". The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Performance period is 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1795. The Contractor shall perform on the site, and with its own organization, work equivalent to at least sixty (60) percent of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
