The Tuba City Indian Medical Center is seeking a Public Health Nutritionist to provide education to the community of Tuba City, AZ. The Public Health Nutritionist shall coordinate with the public health nurse, Tribal, State, Federal and private groups to achieve wellness objectives. The Contractor shall develop and disseminate information and data concerning the nature for the nutrition and wellness programs and objectives through comprehensive media campaign utilizing community workshops, radio, television, newspaper and advertisements. The Contractor shall be subject to supervision and is subject to character investigation as required by P.L. 101-630, the Indian Health Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act. The Contractor shall respond to the technical evaluation criteria along with price quote for the service to be provided.
