This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to partially support the Bi-Regional Adolescent Suicide Prevention Conference. The contractor shall: participate in conference planning, develop a draft and final conference agenda, provide travel and per diem for speakers and participants, and develop a report of the conference proceedings. The Division of Adolescent Medicine, University of Washington is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is six months.
