The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management services necessary to provide maintenance and repair to the two (2) Trane 910-ton centrifugal chillers located in the basement of Building 215 and three (3) York 1,200-ton centrifugal chillers located in Building 20, Central Energy Plant, at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. The work identified to be provided by means of a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The contract term shall be for a period of one year. The Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. The proposed procurement listed herein is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
