Contractor shall certified by EPA regulations for the removal, containment and handling of class II CFC and HCFC refrigerants. Contractor shall remove all defective Barber-Colman equipment and replace with new equal components. Contractor shall also install 4 new outside lights for humidity & temperature. Clean ducts & registers, power wash squirrel cage, evaporator coil & insulate suction lines.
