The Contractor shall furnish all tanks (to include necessary installation, servicing and removal as required) and delivery of propane, LP Gas, on an "as needed" basis during the period 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998, with the option to extend the terms of the contract. The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. The total number of tanks needed are seven (7) 1,000 gallon tanks and one (1) 120 gallon tank.
