Wagner, Regional Contract Specialist, 717-547-1641, extension 545 Contractor shall provide a professional Parenting Program to inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution Schuylkill located in Minersville, Pennsylvania. The contractor shall provide a program supporting the development and maintenance of positive relationships between inmates and their family members. The curriculum shall be structured to address parenting and family support skills, family literacy education, substance abuse education, and prenatal care for expectant mothers. Contract shall run from approximately October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998, with a possibility of four option years. This requirement is being set aside for small business concerns.
