This is a SOLICITATION Notice. The New Jersey National Guard proposes to award a contract for the construction of a Satellite Training Facility at the Training and Training Technology Battle Lab (T3BL) located at Ft. Dix, New Jers ey. This facility shall be approximately 15,000 SF and house the Synthetic The ater of War (STOW), administrative area and office space. Construction shall i nclude all mechanical and electrical, roofing, concrete and brick. The contrac tor shall be responsible to provide all labor, equipment and materials required in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. The estimated range o f construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The construction performa nce period is 365 days from Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is unrestrict ed and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFAR 252.219-7003, Notic e of Evaluation Preferences for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns Construct ion Program (April 1996). Women-owned, small and small disadvantaged businesse s are encouraged to compete. All responsible sources may submit a bid which sh all be considered by this agency. A subcontracting plan shall be required if s uccessful bidder is a large business concern. Solicitation packages will be is sued on or about 15 July 1997. Bid Opening Date shall be on or about 14 August 1997. All interested parties must respond to this notice in writing.
