This project includes administrative areas, i.e., offices, classrooms, and support spaces interconnected to a flight simulator high bay area containing technical and laboratory areas. The estimated construction range is between $1 million and $5 million. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard is $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. This project is unrestricted. The estimated IFB availability date is 08 AUG 97. The projected bid opening date is 08 SEP 97. This announcement is a presolicitation notice only.
