The work includes, but is not limited to construction of piers, boat ramp, shore ties, access road, containment structure and related site and utility work; construction of new diesel fuel tanks including related pumps, containment structure, and related fuel piping, new waste oil storage tank, bilge water storage tank and containment structure; construction of new saltwater fire protection system including new pump house and related pumps; construction of all utility modifications for the site and wharf area; and demolition of existing piers and fuel containment structures. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 07-002-90 and Drawing No. 07-002-90 (sheets 1-45). All work shall be completed within 540 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
